8oz Cool Whip

1 pckg of cream cheese

Large box of instant Vanilla Pudding

3 Cups of Milk

We decorated this for fun the #AmericanFlag

For Holloweenie you can decorate with gummy worms.. to come out of the cake as a topping ;)
